TO ORDER

When you're ready to order, send an email to wearetc@gmail.com, include name, contact no, shipping address and of course not forgetting your items. Here's a format to help you.

IMPORTANT: For confirmed orders, use subject line "Order{item name}"
*All other emails will be considered as enquiries

1. Real name
2. Contact no (optional)
3. Mailing address
4. Item name & number (for eg #TOS3125), Color or Type, Quantity
5. Delivery method: Normal post / Registered mail / Self collection (only @ Potong Pasir)
6. Payment method: ATM / IBanking & DBS / POSB / UOB
7. Discount code (if any)

*Please repeat number 4 if you’re ordering more than 1 item.

CONFIRMATION EMAIL

A confirmation email with payment and account details will be send to you after we received your order. Currently we accept bank transfers to POSB and UOB accounts, as well as Paypal payments.
  • POSB savings: 559-92088-6
  • UOB uniplus savings: 358-374-890-1

PAYMENT
  • MUST be via IBanking or ATM transfers
    • We recommend that you use IBanking because transfer is immediate and easily tracked with IBnick. ATM transfers can take a few days to be reflected & can't be verify through IBank.
  • Use SAME bank to transfer (for eg DBS to DBS), bcos interbank transfers for ATM and IBanking has a processing time of 3 working days.
  • If you want to use Paypal, please indicate in your order.

SEND PAYMENT NOTIFICATION

After you've made payment, send us a payment notification to wearetc@gmail.com with:
  • IB nick (for IBanking)
  • Transaction no
  • Date & time of transaction
  • Bank to and from
  • Order details
  • Mailing Address
For Paypal users, please include the above info with Paypal's message when you're paying

*Please do NOT omit this step bcos for instance if we see 3 payments of SGD$xx in the same account, we wouldn't know who paid us and hence unable to post your item.


SHIPPING
  • Normal post is FREE for all orders
  • Registered post is FREE for orders above SGD$60 or otherwise charged SGD$2.24 for orders below this amount.
  • Instock items will be mailed within 3 working days after we receive your payment.
  • For backorders, delivery time may vary depending on stock availability, will advise upon order
  • Self-collection is available ONLY from Potong Pasir and payment must be made in FULL prior to collection. There will be NO cash on delivery.
  • For urgent orders, we offer courier or delivery services at an extra charge, please enquire.
  • ONLY registered articles can be track and if you're concerned with losing your purchase(s) in transit, opt for registered mail.
We welcome overseas purchases, shipping charges vary according to item(s) weight & destination, please enquire for more info.

SIZE & MEASUREMENTS

Model is 1.56m, Size S, UK 6-8.

Our clothes will generally fit XS-M or UK 6-12 if its stretchy. For non-stretch items, do refer to the measurements on the post.

Measurements are one side, laid flat unless otherwise stated.
" refers to inches, PTP refers to Pit to Pit, waist measurements refer to natural waist unless otherwise stated, length is measured bust to hem for tube or shoulder to hem for sleeved dresses.

The best thing to do is to measure one of your similar clothes and compare it with our measurements.


Other Terms and Conditions
  • We will not be responsible for any damages or losses incurred after we mail out the item(s).
  • Payment must be made within 3 working days of placing a confirmed order, after which, item will go to the next available buyer
  • If you would like to reserve the item beyond 3 working days, a 50% deposit is required.
  • Payment must be made in FULL before collection or mailing of item(s).
  • There is no trading of items or negotiation of prices

Step 1
How to order?

Drop us a message here or send email to wearetc@gmail.com, include, name, address, item name, color, size, quantity, indicate normal or registered post

A confirmation email will be sent to you within 24 hours

Payment MUST be made within THREE (3) working days after submitting an order, after which if no payment is received, item will go to the next potential buyer

Step 2
How to pay?

We accept bank deposits to POSB or UOB and paypal.

Do remember to notify us of your payment within 3 working days of your order to ensure the availability of your purchase

To reserve your item beyond 3 working days, a 50% deposit is required

Step 3
Just sit back and relax

All instock items are posted on the next working day after receipt of payment. Estimated time for delivery within Singapore is 3 working days.

Normal postage is FREE for all orders

Registered mail is SGD$2.24/order or FREE for orders above SGD$60

Overseas orders will be charged shipping according to weight and destination

Step 4
If you shall find a need to return

Will refund or exchange if item is defective or is not according to your order.

Buyers are given 3 calendar days after we post the item to email a claim for refund/exchange, include order id, name, item id and name, as well as reasons for refund/exchange

Buyers are given another 5 working days after we confirm refund or exchange, to return the item personally or via post.

Once we received the item, we will refund/exchange within 3 working days.

Refund/exchange is determined on a case by case basis, if its our fault, we will bear the cost. Otherwise, return postage is bore by the buyer
