Recently, we've been noticing some email issues, where the emails we sent end up in the recipient's junk mail folder and hence orders or enquiries sometimes get delayed.
We answer ALL our emails within 24 hours of receiving them. If anyone had emailed us and never got a reply, its most likely in the junk mail folder. Do check. Better yet, add wearetc@gmail.com to your address book to prevent future email problems.
